AI is certainly not free! I used the unlimted plan on Runway and put it in explore mode. This gives you unlimted generations. You get put in a queue, so depending on the time of day you can have a bit of a wait. But you don't get charged credits. I save my credits for the other tools on Runway that don't have an explore mode. Also, after using it for a bit you develop an inutition for prompts and also how to frame reference images so that the model picks up what you want it to pick up. Hope this helps.
